Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or using the Lockers World website (lockers.world), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand consumer legislation.

Lockers World is operated by Alchemy Ventures (Hong Kong Business Registration No. 79845396), registered address: Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong S.A.R. Australian business address: 1/457-459 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia.

1. Definitions

• 'We', 'us', 'Lockers World' means Alchemy Ventures
• 'You', 'customer' means the individual or organisation placing an order
• 'Products' means timber sports lockers and accessories sold via lockers.world
• 'Order' means a confirmed purchase request submitted through our website or directly
• 'Delivery Address' means the address provided by the customer for delivery

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Lockers World. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from us.

Custom and made-to-order products are non-cancellable once production has commenced. Please review your specifications carefully before confirming a custom order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. New Zealand customers will be charged in AUD; currency conversion is the responsibility of your financial institution.

Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless a credit account has been approved in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer and, where available, online via Airwallex payment options.

We reserve the right to alter prices without notice, but the price at the time of order confirmation will be honoured.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses throughout Australia and New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address. It is your responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours.

Freight carriers and estimated delivery timeframes will be confirmed at quote or order.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on standard stock items. Custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match their described specifications.

5.2 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as practicable after receipt with photographic evidence. Subject to our assessment, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time to the original payment method. Return shipping costs for faulty goods will be covered by Lockers World.

6. Product Specifications

All product dimensions, weights, and specifications listed on our website are approximate. Timber products are subject to natural variation in grain, colour, and texture — this is a characteristic of natural wood and does not constitute a defect.

We recommend consulting our team before finalising orders for spaces with specific dimensional requirements.

7. Installation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lockers World supplies products only — installation is not included. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure professional installation by a suitably qualified tradesperson. Lockers World accepts no liability for damage, injury, or non-performance resulting from improper installation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lockers World's total liability arising from or related to any order or product is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, howsoever caused.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where such limitation would be unlawful.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on lockers.world, including product images, descriptions, logos, and design materials, is the property of Lockers World or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.

New Zealand customers retain all rights afforded under New Zealand consumer legislation, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published at lockers.world/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our website or placing an order after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
